Bryan most recently served as the Fire Chief for the Cities of Mount Vernon WA and Oxnard CA but the bulk of his career was spent with the Orange County Fire Authority.  During his 32 years in public service, he has been instrumental in effecting positive results for the organizations and communities he served.  His work on strategic planning and fire service accreditation provided the departments with a realization of future goals.  He has prepared numerous proposals for joint services and consolidations and has navigated complex transition processes to accomplish regionalization of services.  Bryan has a passion for using technology and innovation to improve efficiencies and to strengthen organizational performance.

Chief Brice has a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal State Long Beach and received his Master’s degree in Public Administration from Brandman University.
